Scheduling your project.
As Tulsa's painting and renovation company we pride ourself on scheduling your project to fit your families timeline in a responsive manner.
Understanding your priorities and any specific deadlines you may have. We clearly define the scope of work by discussing the size, layout, and material of your job. Creating a realistic project timeline. Consider factors like weather conditions, and lead times for materials. We maintain open communication with homeowners and businessowner throughout the project. Regular updates and progress reports are essential. Flexibility in scheduling allows for adjustments without compromising quality.

After scheduling your project our next step is getting to work.
- Before beginning work , we'll review the plan with you.
- Our team will arrive to prepare the work area, protecting surrounding spaces, and ensure all necssary materials are on site.
- With everything in place, we'll begin work as per the schedule, keeping you updated on our progress.
Check-Ins/Completion and Walkthrough
Throughout the project, we'll check in with you during our work to ensure that the work is progressing as expected, making adjustments if needed.
Once the project is finished, we'll conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your satisfaction and address any last-minute details.
